Under the agreement, OceanWise will deliver a range of critical services, including routine maintenance, technical servicing, and rapid-response support for essential marine environmental monitoring systems and sensors. The contract aims to optimise port efficiency, ensure system reliability, and reduce downtime, thereby enhancing the overall operational resilience of ABP’s South Wales facilities.
Key Features of the Contract:
- Comprehensive maintenance: OceanWise will provide annual inspections and preventative maintenance for key monitoring infrastructure, ensuring all systems are in optimal working condition.
- Expert servicing: Our team of highly skilled engineers will offer specialised servicing to operational environmental monitoring equipment, employing best practice to enhance performance and longevity.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and support, leveraging our extensive experience and expertise to help ABP maintain its high standards of operational efficiency and safety, whilst ensuring accurate and reliable data is available whenever and wherever it is required.”
Becky Conway, Business Development and Oceanographic Engineer, OceanWise.
Ashley Curnow, ABP’s Divisional Port Manager for Wales and the Southwest, commented, “OceanWise has a proven track record in the maritime industry, and we are confident that this partnership will enhance the reliability and performance of our port operations.
