ExoTechnologies Appoints David Henriques as Chairman to Accelerate Growth and Innovation
ExoTechnologies, a leading technology company at the forefront of resource-efficient hydrodynamics, pioneering circular composite materials, advanced autonomous technologies, and eco-friendly propulsion systems, is proud to announce the appointment of David Henriques as its new Executive Chairman.
With a distinguished track record in driving growth and providing strategic leadership, David Henriques brings a wealth of experience and industry expertise to ExoTechnologies, which is the owner of SMI member Glasgow boatbuilder, Ultimate Boats. As Executive Chairman, David Henriques will collaborate closely with Shane Mugan, the Chief Executive Officer, and the executive team to guide the company through its next phase of expansion and innovation.

David Henriques has a track record of successfully leading organizations through periods of transformation and expansion.
In his capacity as Executive Chairman, David Henriques will assume responsibility for providing strategic direction, overseeing board governance, and nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence. He will closely collaborate with the executive team to execute the company's growth strategy, reinforce stakeholder relationships, and expand the market.
