ECJU Training Courses

The Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) is now taking bookings for our standard training events for strategic export controls in the following locations, starting the 5th of September in Edinburgh and running through to December 2022 in London:
- Edinburgh
- Aberdeen (Including our 'Offshore and Energy' Intermediate course)
- Oxford
- Leeds
- Manchester
- London
These events cater for:
- companies of all sizes, from the sole trader to multinationals
- a wide range of knowledge levels
- different learning paths
MBLA: There is also a 'Making Better Licence Applications' (MBLA) course on the 15th September at the Park Plaza Hotel, London. The places on this course are limited, so book early. This event caters for exporters who are new to the SPIRE licencing system or want to learn more about how to get licence applications right first time.
The 'Offshore and Energy' Intermediate course as this is more focused on those exports that affect the energy and offshore sectors than our normal Intermediate courses cover, and includes:
- What items maybe controlled in the sector and how to assess them
- Export Control OGELs and Trade Control Compliance
- Sanctions affecting the sector
