Consultation on The Merchant Shipping (Small Workboats and Pilot Boats) Regulations 2023
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) have recently launched a consultation on The Merchant Shipping (Small Workboats and Pilot Boats) Regulations 2023.
Giorgio Buttironi, Policy and Research Manager, will be co-ordinating and preparing SMI’s official response to this consultation and so I would like to invite you to take part in an online round table event to gather your views and to shape SMI’s feedback. This is a good opportunity to have your say on the rules that will govern workboats, pilot boats and remotely operated vessels.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday 22nd November, 10.00 – 11.30am.
