SMI Annual Dinner at the House of Lords
SOCIETY OF MARITIME INDUSTRIES ANNUAL DINNER
HOUSE OF LORDS | LONDON | SW1A 0PW
THURSDAY 14 October 2021 ~ 19:00 - 22:30
The SMI Annual Dinner 2021 is now fully booked - please contact Sarah at tide(at)maritimeidustries.org to join the waitlist.
The Society of Maritime Industries Annual Dinner will be held on Thursday 14th October in the Cholmondeley Room of the House of Lords. The President of the Society of Maritime Industries, Mr John Howie MBE, will be in attendance at the dinner which will be hosted by our sponsor, The Lord Mountevans.
The President’s Reception commences at 19.00 and, as usual, there will be the opportunity to join specially arranged guided tours of the Palace of Westminster between 19.00 and 19.45. These are highly recommended. Dinner will be served at 20.00 with carriages at 22.30 prompt.
The annual dinner is as much a social occasion as for business and spouses/partners are most welcome. Furthermore, joining one of the tours gives you and your guests ‘behind the scenes’ access to the House of Commons and the House of Lords.
Given the popularity of previous dinners, members are urged to make their reservations early, since the limited space in the venue may make it necessary to deal with applications on a first come first served basis.
The dress code is black tie for men, cocktail/evening dress for women.
This event is exclusively for members of the Society and their guests.
To register your attendance please download this form, complete it and return it to tide(at)maritimeindustries.org
