Sea Asia 2027

Sea Asia 2027, organised by Informa Markets in collaboration with the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF), will take place at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, from 13–15 April 2027. Building on the momentum of the last edition - welcoming over 20,000 participants - the event is positioned as a leading regional marketplace for maritime business, bringing together senior decision-makers and global stakeholders to connect, collaborate and drive innovation across the sector.
With a strong focus on thought leadership, knowledge exchange and high-value networking, Sea Asia 2027 will again spotlight industry transformation, including dedicated areas for technology and decarbonisation as the sector accelerates towards a more sustainable future. The show attracts a broad cross-section of the maritime ecosystem, spanning shipowners and ship managers, shipyards and naval architects, port authorities, classification societies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, and maritime IT and communications, creating an ideal platform for UK companies to build partnerships and develop business in Asia and beyond.
Singapore’s position as a leading maritime hub is reinforced by the role of the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF), which promotes Singapore as an International Maritime Centre and convenes industry to strengthen global connections and collaboration. In 2027, Sea Asia will also be strategically co-located with OSEA, creating a larger, integrated marketplace where maritime and offshore energy communities converge, supporting wider commercial partnerships, innovation and sustainability-focused dialogue across two closely connected industries.

The UK Group at Sea Asia 2027
The Society of Maritime Industries (SMI) is organising and managing the UK Group of exhibitors within a dedicated location, creating a strong and recognisable collective presence for UK companies at Sea Asia.
SMI’s allocation of space is limited and demand for UK Pavilion participation is typically high. Companies considering participation are therefore encouraged to register their interest as early as possible.
The deadline for bookings is 25 September 2026, or earlier should all available space be allocated.
Why Exhibit in the UK Pavilion?
- One simple route in, less admin for you
- SMI acts as the group organiser, managing liaison with the Sea Asia organisers, coordinating contracts and payments, appointing agents and stand contractors, and briefing exhibitors, allowing you to focus on meetings and business development, not logistics.
- Stronger visibility than a standalone booking
- SMI secures prime locations within the exhibition hall for the UK Pavilion, offering enhanced shell schemes from 9 sqm. Pavilion clustering typically delivers higher footfall and dwell time than isolated individual stands
- Be where visitors expect to find the UK
- Exhibiting as part of a clearly defined, co-located UK group with strong national branding makes your stand easier to find and more attractive to international visitors actively seeking UK suppliers and partners.
- Access to an exclusive networking programme
- UK Pavilion exhibitors benefit from a curated schedule of networking activities designed to maximise commercial engagement during the exhibition.
- Added promotional reach
- UK Pavilion participation is promoted through SMI’s social media channels, amplifying visibility before and during the show beyond what most standalone exhibitors can achieve alone.
- Professional Pavilion branding
- Consistent UK Pavilion branding across the stand enhances credibility, visibility, and perception of scale, reinforcing the UK supply chain offer to visiting delegations.
Floorplan

The Stand Package

We will continue using the popular open stand design that has been successfully employed for UK Pavilions over the years. This approach encourages better visitor flow between stands and enhances visibility from all directions.
Stands will be available from 9sqm up to 24sqm (in 3sqm increments). If you are interested in larger stand sizes, please contact SMI directly. Booking quickly is of prime importance as it is normally impossible to increase our space allocation and the show will be sold out.
Each Stand comes with: 1 x lockable front counter with logo printing, 1 x round table, 4 x chairs, 1 x bar stool, 1 x brochure rack, 1 x electrical power outlet, spotlights, carpet, fascia name and backwall graphic printing.
Any other additions to the standard package must be approved by the SMI. Once approved, exhibitors are responsible for organising all additions and payments with the show organisers.
A minimum of 8 companies is required to commit to this pavilion offer.
Stand Sizes and Costs
- 9sqm - £5,850
- 12sqm - £7,800
- 18sqm - £11,700
- 24sqm - £15,600
Please also add SMI Management fees (see below)
'Meet and Greet' Pods
Our popular ‘Meet and Greet’ Pods will return for Sea Asia 2027. Designed as a cost‑effective alternative to a full stand, Pods enable companies to gain exhibitor status and participate within the UK Group Pavilion at a reduced rate, while still benefiting from the visibility, footfall and programme support of the Pavilion.
‘Meet and Greet’ Pods are ideal for companies seeking a professional presence, high‑quality meetings and Pavilion‑led engagement without the commitment of a standalone stand.
A minimum of 6 companies is required to commit to this Pod offer.
The Pod Package
Each pod comes with a lockable cupboard, 1x stool, 1x electrical power outlet, sportlight, graphic printing, shared use of brochure racks and meeting tables and chairs.
Pod Prices
- £3,500
Please also add SMI Management fees (see below)
SMI Management Fee
The SMI Management Fee covers all aspects of preparation, coordination, support and administration before, during and after the event, and applies to both Pods and Stands.
Through this fee, exhibitors receive comprehensive support designed to maximise return on investment, including hands‑on assistance with planning and delivery, enhanced promotion and visibility as part of the UK Pavilion, access to exclusive networking opportunities, tailored one‑to‑one support, and facilitated opportunities to engage with key decision‑makers and visiting delegations.
