Sea Asia 2025
25-27th March 2025, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
JOIN THE UK PAVILION AT SEA ASIA 2025
Sea Asia, organised by Informa Markets, the world’s largest trade show organiser, in partnership with the Singapore Maritime Foundation, will celebrate its 10th edition in Singapore from March 25th - 27th, 2025. In 2023, the event attracted over 18,000 attendees from 90 countries and featured more than 400 exhibitors, including representation from 12 national pavilions.
With its proven track record as a premier international marketplace, Sea Asia provides unparalleled opportunities for buyers and sellers to explore business, network, and unveil new products and services. The event boasts dedicated show floor zones for technology and decarbonisation, attracting a diverse array of industry professionals, including shipowners, operators, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers from around the world.
Singapore, as one of the world's leading maritime hubs, offers an advanced ecosystem encompassing shipowners, shipbuilding, repair, and maintenance services, making it the perfect host for Sea Asia.
The relationship between the UK and Singapore is robust, with both countries launching joint initiatives to promote collaboration in maritime innovation and technology. These initiatives include research and development partnerships, technology exchange programs, and collaborative projects aimed at advancing digitalisation, automation, and sustainability in the maritime industry.
After successfully organising a sold out UK Pavilion at Sea Asia 2023, SMI will once again be organising and managing a UK Pavilion at Sea Asia 2025.
The advantages of joining the UK Group are:
High visibility presence in the exhibition hall: Participants exhibit as a co-located Group with strong visual UK branding attracting visitors and international delegations.
Strategic networking: Access a programme of networking opportunities, receptions, exclusive events and support from trade teams, including a British Embassy Networking Reception which should take place as usual.
Enhanced promotion of the UK Pavilion exhibitors and activities via our social media channels and event marketing collateral before, during and post-show.
Dedicated event support: SMI event co-ordinator to support your pre-event preparations and planning.
Affordable participation options: Secure a ‘Meet & Greet’ Pod at a fraction of the cost of a full stand and potentially save on travel and accommodation expenses with no build-up or breakdown schedules to adhere to.

BESPOKE PAVILION DESIGN
We will continue using the popular open stand design that has been successfully employed for UK Pavilions over the years. This approach encourages better visitor flow between stands and enhances visibility from all directions. The UK Pavilion will provide space for Stands and more affordable 'Meet & Greet' Pod reservations.
Booking quickly is of prime importance as it is normally impossible to increase our space allocation and the show will be sold out.
A mock-up of the UK Pavilion can be found below:
THE STAND PACKAGE
