Indo-Pacific 2023

The Indo-Pacific 2023 exhibition will be taking place in Sydney, Australia from 7-9 November 2023.
Focusing on maritime, Indo-Pacific remains a key event for UK Defence & Security Exports (UKDSE), and we feel it’s an important opportunity for UK industry in the Australian market. The UK Pavilion themes will centre around Submarines, Underwater Battlespace, Surface Ships and Autonomy capability areas.
At this stage of planning UKDSE is looking to gather Expressions of Interest (EOI) from UK companies wishing to be part of the UK Pavilion at the event. Stand participation will consist of:
- A panel branded with company name and logo
- A 50” screen to display images or video
- Counter space to display a small model or equipment
- Secure storage and power socket
- 2x exhibitor passes
- Subject to availability, able to book use of the meeting room on the UKDSE stand itself
If you are interested in being part of this UK Pavilion, please reply to this notice providing details of your work with Australia to date, and why you feel being part of the UK Pavilion would be of benefit to your business. Please note, that any previous emails sent to members of UKDSE will not be counted as a completed EOI. Only communications received in direct response to this notice will be considered.
Space on the UKDSE stand will be limited, and if oversubscribed, UKDSE will have the final say as to which companies are selected.
Industry will be responsible for their own travel and subsistence costs (flights, hotels etc) throughout the duration of the Indo-Pacific Expo.
If successful in selection for the UK Pavilion, we will aim to notify you by email by mid-June 2023. As with previous Indo-Pacific events, UKDSE will seek an upfront payment. If you are unable to commit your funding within the time set, your place will be passed on to companies retained on a reserve list.
The cost of participation as part of the UK Pavilion is £3,750.00 plus VAT per company.
Please send your Expression of Interest no later than Monday 5th June 2023 to both of the following points of contact:
Senior Desk Officer for Australia and New Zealand, Rebecca Drake.
