The 29th edition of Euronaval will provide attendees with a fresh venue, opportunities for business networking and an innovative approach. From November 4 to 7, 2024, the trade show will occupy Paris Nord Villepinte.

Over 450 exhibitors, both domestic and international, will present the latest advancements and state-of-the-art solutions at this forthcoming naval defence exhibition and conference. Euronaval 2024 aims to facilitate connections with potential international clients and contractors, provide updates on market trends and offer valuable insights. The event will feature a wide range of products, technologies and services spanning naval and aircraft domains, maritime security and other related industries.

Euronaval 2024 will include guided tours, dedicated product pavilions, live demonstrations, interactive workshops and competitive activities. Notable highlights encompass the CYBER NAVAL HUB and the SEAnnovation area. Moreover, the educational component of the expo will incorporate expert-led presentations, lectures, seminars and panel discussions.

THE UK GROUP AT EURONAVAL 2024

SMI will be co-ordinating and organising the UK Pavilion and group activities at Euronaval 2024.

The advantages of joining the UK Group include:

• Joint social media promotion of the UK Pavilion for increased traction, during and leading up to the show.
• UK branding and an entry in an exclusive UK Group stand brochure.
• Enhanced networking opportunities and a UK Group stand reception. 
• UK Pavilion exhibitors are co-located in a prime location in the exhibition.
• The UK Pavilion includes a meeting centre and storage for the exclusive use of exhibitors in the UK Pavilion for refreshments.

STANDS

Stands are available from sizes 9sqm to 24sqpm +. Packages are available as space only or equipped. 

The Equipped Stand Package includes:

9sqm to 14sqm: 

Arrangement: Slab carpet, Wall in white coated sheet metal, 1 sqm lockable storeroom, LED bars, 3KW limited period electical supply with three sockets blocs and Sign

Furniture: 3 x white FORYOU chair, 1 x white POULE table and Magnetic documents holder

In addition, there will be daily cleaning.

15sqm to 23sqm:

Arrangement: Slab carpet, Wall in white coated sheet metal, 2sqm storage room with a lockable door, LED bars, 3KW limited period electical supply with 2 three sockets blocs and Sign

Furniture: 3 x White FORYOU chair, 1 x White MODE table and Magnetic documents holder

In addition, there will be daily cleaning.

24sqm or more: 

Arrangement: Slab carpet, Wall in white coated sheet metal, 2sqm storage room with a lockable door, VIP space from 4 to 6sqm, LED bars, 3KW limited period electical supply with 2 three sockets blocs and Sign

Furniture: 6 x White FORYOU chair, 2 x White MODE table, 1 x Welcome desk, Magnetic documents holder and an Olive Tree.

In addition, there will be daily cleaning.

COST OF PARTICIPATING

Venue Participation Fee: 990€

Ground Floor Bare Surface, after 1st May: 660€ / sqm

Equipped Surface / Stand Fee, after 1st May: 830€ / sqm 

SMI Management Fee (ex. VAT):  £1032 for SMI Members / £1199 for Non-Members
