Introduction

Held at the easy to access ExCeL exhibition centre every two years SMI has secured space in DSEI’s Naval Zone to support member companies. The Naval Zone at DSEI is an interactive showcase of the latest vessels and technology. Buyers, procurement managers visit the show looking for new technology and solutions for their projects. The Naval Zone is the focussed maritime defence area within the exhibition.

SMI Showcase Stand at DSEI 2027

SMI will be organising and managing a POD Showcase Stand at DSEI 2027 within the Naval Zone. This POD-scheme allows companies to showcase at DSEI for a reduced price. 

• SMI handles all arrangements, build-up, payments and communication with exhibition organisers, agents, and contractors.
• Participants exhibit in a shared stand environment, attracting visitors and international delegations.

Stand Design

A mock up of our stand design can be found below.

Each POD package includes: 1 x bar stool, 1 x lockable counter with electrical outlet, graphic printing and carpeted floor.

Additionally, shared access to a promotional TV screen, high tables with high chairs, a fridge and complimentary refreshments including a coffee machine are all part of the package.

Stand Costs

Total cost per POD:

Member: £5,750 ex. VAT
Non-Member: £6,250 ex. VAT

Further Information

Each member will be treated as a ‘sharer’ to SMI’s stand and therefore, the following applies:

• Each company will be charged the exhibitor protection fee of £195 +VAT by the organiser Clarion Events.  This fee is credited once you submit (and it is accepted) your own company insurance details to Clarion
• Pavilion Discovery Package £450 + VAT. This will be invoiced directly by Clarion Events.  Each company will have their own EZONE login and will be able to create their own company profile to be used at the exhibitor guide (dsei.co.uk) and DSEI Gateway app
• Each company will be listed in the official DSEI exhibitor list with the associated main stand holders stand number
• Each company will have access to two exhibitor badges
• Each company will have support to promote your presence at and around DSEI from the DSEI Marketing Team
