Port capacity and upgrade requirements, strategic location and accessibility, heavy lift infrastructure and specialised equipment facilities, logistics and supply chain management and co-ordination, environmental/regulatory hurdles, workforce and skills development, investment considerations and community impact and stakeholder engagement.
