Athens Maritime Technology Showcase 2025

The Society of Maritime Industries (SMI), in partnership with the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and the British Embassy in Athens, invites UK maritime technology companies to an exclusive engagement with Greek shipowners.
As one of the world’s leading ship-owning nations, Greece controls 20% of the global fleet and plays a pivotal role in international shipping. This event offers a unique opportunity to maintain momentum between Posidonia years, ensuring UK companies stay visible and relevant in this crucial market.
With decarbonisation, digitalisation, and automation shaping the future of Greek shipping, this event will highlight cutting-edge UK technologies that align with the industry’s priorities, including energy efficiency, regulation compliance, and cost-saving solutions.
The event will take place during 17.30 – 21.00 at the Piraeus Marine Club, a preferred gathering place for shipowners, offering stunning views of the Port of Piraeus.
