KORMARINE 2023
INTRODUCTION
Kormarine is the largest and most prestigious marine trade exhibition, fully supported by the world’s biggest Shipbuilders in Korea as well as leading international shipowners and offshore operators. Kormarine brings together domestic/international shipbuilding companies plus maritime, oil & gas companies with all their buyers and engineers. According to Clarkson Research, 62% of high value-added vessel orders in the first half of 2022 occurred in Korean shipyards.
The four-day event comprises an exhibition and conference and is open to companies which design, manufacture, maintain, repair or modernise maritime equipment and promote, sell or provide maritime services.
In 2021, Kormarine welcomed more than 700 exhibitors from 30 countries across 35,000sqm of trade show floor.
THE UK GROUP AT KORMARINE 2023
The Society of Maritime Industries is organising and managing the UK group of exhibitors in a dedicated UK group pavilion. Companies are invited to take up the UK group pavilion package by exhibiting in the enhanced modular stand under the unique UK pavilion livery.
THE ADVANTAGES OF JOINING THE UK GROUP ARE:
• UK Pavilion exhibitors are co-located in a prime location in the exhibition
• SMI as the group organiser, deals directly with the main exhibition organisers, co-ordinates payments, appoints agents and stand contractors, briefs the exhibitors, etc.
• The UK Pavilion includes an information centre for the exclusive use of exhibitors in the UK Pavilion for refreshments.
FLOORPLAN
STANDS
We have chosen a bespoke design for the UK Pavilion. There are different sizes of stands available from 9sqm up to 24sqm (in 3sqm increments). Booking quickly is of prime importance as it is normally impossible to increase our space allocation as the show will be sold out.

Other items – such as plinths, display cabinets, extra shelves and furniture – can be supplied by the standbuilder at cost. Your Stand Graphics can be printed and mounted by the standbuilder, SMI can provide outline costs and co-ordinate with the standbuilder.
