Sea Asia
Register your interest in joining the UK Pavilion at Sea Asia 2023.
INTRODUCTOIN
Sea Asia, a premier maritime conference and exhibition and Asia's Anchor Maritime and Offshore Event, will return to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore April 2023. The show will be held in conjunction with Singapore Maritime Week 2023, which brings together leading Shipowners, Offshore Operators, Ship-managers and Shipyard procurement teams from around the globe.
Sea Asia enjoys strong support from government agencies and key trade associations, firmly establishing itself in the marketplace as the leading platform for both the global and local maritime and offshore communities to explore business, network and unveil new products and services. The 3-day conference and exhibition promises to provide a plethora of diverse marine products and services, with good networking opportunities.
Sea Asia provides a high-level collaborative platform to connect visitors with leading industry stakeholders. Sea Asia 2023 is set to welcome 10,000+ attendees, 300+ Exhibitors and 10+ National Pavilions.
SMI is organising and managing the UK group of exhibitors in a dedicated UK group Pavilion at Sea Asia.
THE UK GROUP AT SEA ASIA 2023
SMI is organising and managing the UK group of exhibitors in a dedicated UK group pavilion. Companies are invited to take up the UK group pavilion package by exhibiting in the enhanced modular stand under the unique ‘GREAT’ pavilion branding.
The advantages of joining the UK Group are:
• SMI as the group organiser, deals directly with the Sea Asia exhibition organisers, co-ordinates payments, appoints agents and stand contractors, briefs the exhibitors, etc.
• Participants exhibit as a co-located Group in the UK pavilion with strong visual UK ‘GREAT’ branding which attracts visitors and international delegations.
• A British Embassy Networking Reception should take place as usual and Exhibitors, their clients and potential clients will be invited.
• Free enhanced profile listing in the online exhibitor directory, and show catalogue worth $495.
• Discounted conference passes available for all co-exhibitors – provided on application.
• Exhibitors networking reception – planned at the end of day one.
We need a minimum of 8 companies to commit to this pavilion offer. If we do not recruit enough companies we will refer you over to the UK sales team at Informa – the event organisers. The floor plan can be viewed here:
STAND DESIGN
We intend to follow the popular, open stand design used for UK Pavilions during 2022 to encourage better flow of visitors between stands and increased visibility from all directions. Our design will follow the deluxe shell scheme.
Stands will be available from 9sqm up to 24sqm (in 3sqm increments). Booking quickly is of prime importance as it is normally impossible to increase our space allocation and the show will be sold out.
THE STAND PACKAGE
Each Stand comes with:
• Lockable front counter
• Round table & 3 chairs
• 1 x bar stool
• 1 x brochure rack
• Spotlights
• Carpet
• Fascia name and logo on the “Customised Branding” as per stand image below

Other items – such as plinths, display cabinets, extra shelves and additional furniture – can be supplied by the standbuilder at cost. Once the standbuilder has been appointed we will work with them to get the best possible price for having graphics produced and mounted at the show. Your Stand Graphics can be printed and mounted by the standbuilder, SMI will provide an outline of graphics costs and co-ordinate with the standbuilder.
