23 – 26 October 2018 - Paris, France

The four day event comprises an exhibition, the visit of VIP & senior staff delegations and it will showcase a full range of naval and maritime defence and security technologies, products and services. The exhibition will be preceded by a naval conference at the start of the week. The exhibition benefits from excellent facilities, security, parking, good catering, conference halls and many other modern features.

The Society of Maritime Industries is organising and managing the UK Group of exhibitors in an area of the hall dedicated exclusively to UK companies. The livery of the co-located UK Pavilion attracts visitors and international delegations.

The exhibition is open to exhibitors world-wide from companies or groups of companies which design, manufacture, maintain, repair or modernise naval equipment, including naval aviation equipment, refit ships, support fleets, train personnel, and promote, sell or provide naval and maritime security services, or produce documentation and journals connected with the naval and maritime security industry.

UK companies are invited to take advantage of the UK Group package and buying either space only for their own self-build stands or by exhibiting on pre-constructed enhanced shell-scheme stands under the unique UK Pavilion livery. The advantages of joining the UK Group are:

  • The Society has secured a prime location in the exhibition hall for the UK Group exhibitors on self-build stands and on enhanced shell-scheme stands from 9 sq.m. in the UK Pavilion
  • The UK Pavilion includes an information centre and a meeting room with refreshments for the exclusive use of exhibitors in the UK Group.
  • A programme, managed by the UK Group staff, ensures that all visiting delegations are routinely brought to all UK Group exhibitors.
  • A brochure exclusive to exhibitors in the UK Group is made available for distribution to visitors and delegations alike to further promote the UK exhibitors and their products.
  • Under current exhibition regulations, the French organisers now require exhibitors to contract directly with them for either bare space or basic shell scheme stands as appropriate.

UK Group exhibitors will benefit from a full delegation management programme, an individual entry in the exclusive UK Group brochure distributed to international delegations and visitors, access to the private meeting room with refreshments and the information centre in the UK Pavilion. Exhibitors on UK Pavilion shell-scheme stands also benefit from an enhanced shell-scheme design. All additional costs are included in the relevant UK package fees payable separately to SMI. You will receive an invoice in £ Sterling from the Society for the appropriate package fee including VAT.

The French organiser’s exhibition regulations require ALL companies/organisations to contract directly with the French organisers as DIRECT EXHIBITORS using the Euronaval Direct Exhibitor Registration Form. The contract includes the exhibition participation fee and the cost of either bare space for self-build stands or the basic shell scheme stands. Payment in Euros including the 30% deposit must be made directly to the French organisers in accordance with the payment schedule on their registration form. VAT is NOT payable.

Please complete and return both registration forms as soon as possible and no later than Friday 27 May 2018
