All subscribers are issued with a CD of training materials covering
- how to set up a maritime website
- how to maximise the benefits of the Product Search
- examples of how to use the data on the Market Information database.
The information on how to improve your website is based on marine industry research which asked customers what they needed.
Extra copies of this CD are available to subscriber companies at £5 each to cover postage and handling.

Entering multiple products on to the Product Search
If you have lots of products to enter on to the Product Search (ie more than 25) please contact Hannah.
We have developed an offline Access based tool to assist you in managing your data. This will help you to prepare the data in the correct format and we can then easily upload it for you. This tool will pull down your current data from the site so that you can easily do bulk updates and appends.
Subscriber forum
There is a forum set up especially for subscribers. If you are having problems or have a good idea you may wish to discuss the issues involved with other users. You can do this by posting a message on the subscriber forum. The titles of the threads are open to public users but the messages are restricted to subscribers.
